Day 2 — Security, Compliance & Conditional Access

- Cloud PC–specific compliance policies and security baselines
- Conditional Access rules using Cloud PC health signals
- LAPS, ASR rules, and application control
- Windows Autopatch integration for automated patching
- Lab: Configure compliance + Conditional Access end-to-end
Day 3 — Custom Images, Networking & Landing Zones
- Choosing and building custom Cloud PC images
- Application packaging with Chocolatey
- Bicep-based image deployment and automation
- Hub-and-spoke Azure networking for Windows 365
- Azure Network Connection configuration and validation
- DNS, routing, firewall, and inspection design
- Lab: Deploy a spoke network + custom image from scratch
Day 4 — Provisioning, Operations & Reporting
- End-to-end Cloud PC provisioning with persona patterns
- Filters, dynamic groups, and policy assignment
- First sign-in validation using the Windows App
- Day-2 operations: resize, reprovision, diagnostics, Defender scans
- “Place Under Review” and ad-hoc remediations
- Intune and Windows 365 audit logs, reporting, and Power BI dashboards

How much does Windows 365 training cost?

Is this Windows 365 training online or in-person?
Live online via instructor-led sessions. Everything is interactive — each student gets their own lab environment for hands-on exercises in real-time.
Does this course help with the MD-102 exam?
Yes. The course covers Intune and endpoint management topics that align with MD-102: Endpoint Administrator exam objectives. You’ll get hands-on practice with device configuration, compliance policies, and security baselines.
What’s the difference between Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop?
Windows 365 is a fixed-price SaaS Cloud PC with simplified Intune management. Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is consumption-based IaaS with more customization. This course focuses on Windows 365 but covers the differences for teams coming from AVD.
Do I need Windows 365 experience before attending?
No. The course starts with architecture fundamentals and progressively builds to advanced deployment. Basic Windows administration familiarity is helpful but not required.
