Big Hat Group and GridMaster Training have been running some of the original private and public Advanced App-V courses even before the product was known as App-V. Today we proudly announce that registration is now open for the Advanced Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V 4.5) training taking place from November 23-27, 2009 in Calgary taught by Kevin Kaminski (new App-V MVP).
GridMasterTraining.com is a training program developed between Tim Mangan (App-V MVP) of TMugent Technologies and Kevin Kaminski (App-V MVP) of Big Hat Group. This course is intended for those who wish to get a quick and in depth jumpstart on the Microsoft Application Virtualization platform. Basic concepts will be covered but the focus is to get under the covers by exposing real world design considerations, operational practices and troubleshooting. Each student will have use of a virtual machine environment hosted on a WMware backend so that they can have their own Application Virtualization infrastructure that they can build and explore. The five day course has an administrator and sequencing companion guide documenting some of the hidden knowledge you would only get by being heavily involved with the Microsoft Application Virtualization platform. Also included is a memory key with the latest and greatest tools to help you manage SoftGrid and sequence applications as well as a set of documents to further assist you with your future Application Virtualization endeavours. If you are looking at getting up to speed on Microsoft Application Virtualization technology in the least amount of time or want to enhance your application virtualization skills this course is for you. >>Register Now!<< "Troubleshooting is such a key survival skill with any technology and the GridMasterTraining.com course is there to build those skills" - Kevin Kaminski, Instructor GridMasterTraining.com Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5 Five Day Course Outline | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday | | App-V Architecture | Build Environment | Sequencing Lab | Advanced Sequencing | Best Practices | | Planning and Preparation | Sequencing Introduction | Sequencing Lab | Sequencing Lab | Sequencing Lab |
